About Smitha
I am a good trainer and understand the problem of the student. I don't teach what I know and do not follow the same pattern of teaching for every student. Each student has a different style of learning. I first understand that style and then teach as per their style. If one way of teaching didn't help, I will try another pattern or style to make the student learn.
