Hello, I am Avijeet Kumar, World 52nd , Asia's3rd and India's 2nd Rank holder at Cross Training Open. I am here to teach what it is to be fit and let's achieve it together.

About Avijeet
I am a Cross Training athlete, weightlifters and a powerlifter. I have acquired rank 52 worldwide, 3rd in Asia and 2nd In India at Cross Training open 2021.
I have also won 3rd place at state level deadlift competition.
The reason for me wanting to share the knowledge of fitness is because it is often confused with how you look or how many of your abs are visible. But fitness is far from your physicality but your capacity to work. I don't care if you are fat or thin or tall or short , if you have to capacity to perform well, you are fit.
