About Katja
Hi! I'm Katja, I've been playing guitar for about a decade and I've enjoyed teaching beginner tutoring for some time now! My dad taught me originally, and I've taken many classes and used to play with a few groups for a short time. Teaching and tutoring is quite fun, and challenging in a way that just playing guitar isn't!

I'm energetic and excited to get you to your goals! I'm going to be right there with you to make sure you're maximizing the growth you can achieve with the exercises, and I am pretty gentle yet firm with how I teach and guide to better technique. My goal is to challenge you just a little beyond where you're comfortable, and once you're comfortable with that, that means you're ready to move on to the next step.
