About Gaurav
Namaste Yogis,
I am a environmental science graduate since the time I was graduating I got a deep connection with nature and from that time I became a seeker of natural and holistic approaches to cure diseases and live a happy life. Now, I am pursuing my M.A in yoga and I am also certified yoga trainer, a wellness coach, and holistic therapist.The purpose of these teachings is to evolve, to transform, to awaken your true nature.
