Hello, I have been coaching for 2 years, since I have been doing professional gymnastics for 9 years and working with a gymnastics club for 1.5 years, my field of expertise is gymnastics, but I continue to work on healthy nutrition, weight loss and muscle building with adult individuals online or face to face. The way I work and my training goals are as follows: Our training period is 1 hour, and I prepare the number of days and training content completely according to my spro, because the needs of each body are different. I will focus on flexibility and thin-thick muscle development and especially healthy eating. I will show the necessary attention for the athlete to reach his goal in a healthy way. I have experience working with children as I am coaching children's athletics and children's gymnastics.
