About Francesca
I am passionate about health and fitness and making it fun and accessible to all. I love planning functional fitness workouts and integrating fitness into daily life.
I don't believe that there should be any barriers to exercise, if you are motivated to do it!
If you have no equipment and can't afford a gym membership that's no problem I will happily design you a programme based around your sofa and chairs.

Classes will be 60 minutes as this will give time for appropriate warm-up/cool-down.
If you wish to work out on your own and just have a consultation/technique session we can arrange shorter sessions.
I am a qualified PT and Yoga Teacher.
Classes are for 18+ and all levels.
