About ELM
I have a film degree. I've also studied speech, language pathology, various forms of education, and communication disorders. I use a very psychological approach to storytelling and keep it intuitive, adjusting for the secrets of why some stories have lasted thousands of years and others can't even stay in the movie theater for two weeks. We're born with the psychological means by which to decode stories, and if the story does certain special things right, you strike those chords that resonate in a way that makes it stick with a person for the rest of their life.
