About Mrunali
I am in 12th, pursuing my A and AS levels in a Cambridge board at Avasara Academy in Pune. I study Psychology, Economics, Global Perspectives and English as my A and AS Level subjects. I love to teach students and I really look forward to interact with people to improve their mental health especially in the time of this pandemic. I have been tutoring children of our our construction workers of school. I have interned with Teach For India as a student mentor for training teachers in the Teach For India organization.

My teaching methodology will be personalized to the group of students I will be working with and will primarily depend on their learning styles. Since I am helping with personal development, I will first want to understand every student and then continue to work. I will use different resources in my teaching like videos, small group activities, independent activities, ratings scale, handbooks, etc in my teaching. It would be great if students maintain a small 100 pages book for personal development where they can track their growth and keep their reflections.
