Understand your body and plan custom workout and diet plan .It’s about understanding where you are, creating a plan that fits your life, and helping you build sustainable progress,motivate ,support. My aim is not simply to make students complete a workout. I want them to understand why they are doing it, feel confident doing it, and eventually develop the knowledge and discipline to take responsibility for their own fitness.
