About Isabelle
Hello! My name is Isabelle and I am an experienced tutor as I have worked as a freelance tutor for many students. I am currently a biomedical science major student with a 3.8 GPA. In high school, I graduated with a 93% average after taking grade 12 biology, chemistry, English and physics. I believe learning should be made exciting and engaging and not dry and boring. I promise to make my lessons as enjoyable and engaging with plenty of Tik Tok and meme references because what is a good lesson without some banter?

Learning new concepts can be difficult and every child has a different way of learning. I like to use diagrams and visual aids along with memes to make my lessons as interesting and engaging as possible. My lesson plans would include an overview of the basics along with some practice questions to get started. From there, I create practice problems based on what a student needs to work on to focus where they may be struggling. My lessons are catered towards high school students from grades 9-12 along with first and second year university students in the STEM field.
