About Nick
I am as a tutor accommodating of students' different learning needs and am very adaptable as an instructor. As someone who struggled with learning disabilities as a student, I am well aware of the challenges that people face. It is my hope to help students break through these obstacles and inspire confidence in their academic abilities.

As a teacher, I try and stimulate students' critical thinking abilities by offering unconventional prompts while also tailoring my methods to each student's needs and learning styles. A typical lesson plan of mine consists of written examples, and then structured activities before moving on to unstructured work such as essay writing and speaking prompts. As an educator, I have an extremely diverse background in various subjects and areas of knowledge, and am able to engage with a great variety of spoken activities. My lessons are primarily geared towards second language English speakers at the middle school or high school level.
