I am very flexible to students’ needs and I am very interactive. I will work with any materials that the student brings, and I will put in the effort to find additional supplementary materials for the student’s success. I use a combination of Socratic questioning and direct explanation for my teaching style. I have lots of prior experience in tutoring (Mathnasium, Schoolhouse SAT, peer and private tutoring) and I am willing to teach students from grades 3-12.

Ishika is an amazing tutor and is so friendly. She peer-tutored me in school and I cannot recommend her enough. She responds to questions outside of lessons as well, in her free time, and she has definitely improved my academic results.
I have been tutored by Ishika before in geometry. I truly appreciate how she follows my school’s textbook curriculum and has a structured teaching style, first directly explaining the basic concepts of each lesson, then asking me to explain some of the concepts, and then doing many practice questions.
