About Trevor
My name is Trevor, and I am a sophomore in highschool. I have no degrees or certifications, but I do have a passion for writing. I am by no means a professional, and I'm most likely not as helpful as the average English teacher, but in my personal experience, English classes aren't particularly anyone's favorite or least favorite. Oftentimes they aren't fast paced or interactive.
I strive to help students with a more hands-on approach.
Many people think that writing should be 90% planning 10% writing, but that will not be the case with me.
I may not be the best, but I plan to make writing enjoyable for everyone.

I am an amateur writer and an aspiring author. I write both personally and professionally, and oftentimes I see people who have a passion for writing, but struggle to create an intresting story.
I seek to help students practice and use elements of both professional writing and creative writing, and elevate the knowledge they have already obtained throughout life.
I plan on introducing and analyzing different styles of writing, using common and uncommon parts of speech, exploring unique ways to get inspiration, and working on descriptions and symbolism in writing.
Alongside this, I hope to inspire students to pursue their passions in writing, and build their talents into something that can be used later In life. I hope to see people similar to me flourish in their craft and write something meaningful.
Lessons will be available on Mondays, wednesdays, and Thursdays. I am available any time after 3:50 EST.
