About Mason
I love STEM but I have a strong interest in humanites as well. I loved AP euro and APUSH. I think that education is only beneficial if you can understand concepts empirically I don't see the point in raw memorization. I teach in a way that provides a meaningful and engaging understandinyg of the material and I want my students to be able to apply that material to the real world. I have been a member of FIRST for 3 years and I think that application and a true understanding should be the ultimate goal of academic coursework. I will show you how to solve problems in a way that connects to you and forces you to think and combined with some test taking strategies that I can coach you on my tutoring will take you above and beyond.

My lessons work by teaching and helping you practice the problems you struggle with. I will go over all the logic behind the problem solving process and work through with you to provide you with answers that will allow you to understand the material from the ground up. I know what it felt like to struggle with these concepts and I can help you through that. These lessons are for High School students but middle and elementary school students are welcome as well as long as they are engaged.
