About Jency
I am an experienced L&D - Communication Training specialist with a Ph.D. in English from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. I also have a TEFL Certification from TEFL Academy, which is regulated by the UK Office for Qualifications and Quality (OFQUAL). I find the intellectual satisfaction that comes from teaching to be really fulfilling.I am certain that I will be able to bring high-quality training to the table because to the credentials I have earned and the dedication I have shown to the pursuit of excellence.

When designing lessons, I consider each student's prior knowledge, cultural context, and cognitive aptitude.
