About Njideka

‎I am a Registered Nurse who fell in love with the _why_ behind diseases - why they spread, who they affect, and how we can stop them. Epidemiology taught me to see beyond one patient to protect entire communities, and that perspective changed how I nurse and how I teach.

‎I want to teach because nursing needs thinkers, not just memorizers. Many students fear Epidemiology because of the numbers and terms, but I make it simple, practical, and real - using real outbreaks, case studies, and community examples you can relate to.

‎I teach because I want to raise nurses who are not only skilled at the bedside, but smart enough to prevent the next outbreak, educate their community, and lead with evidence.

‎If you want to truly understand nursing and public health, not just cram it, I am here for you.
‎I know nursing is not just about passing exams - it's about saving lives with confidence. That's why I don't teach you to cram, I teach you to _understand_.

About the lesson

My approach is simple: I break down complex topics like Pathophysiology, Pharmacology, and Care Plans into clear, memorable, real-life scenarios you will never forget in the ward. I teach with case studies, mnemonics, drug charts, and step-by-step clinical reasoning, not just notes.
