About Aoife
I am a student attending Dublin City University. I’m 20 years old and I am passionate about learning and teaching. I currently have a part time job but due to COVID-19 I have a lot of spare time as my college course is now taught online. I study Economics Politics and Law. I am a second year student offering history lessons (leaving cert/junior cert level) online, I achieved 89% overall in my leaving cert History and 98% in my Research Project.

I use an inquiry based approach to learning, it is important to me that students comprehensively understand the topics and are not just engaging in rote learning which is important when it comes to essay questions in exams. I would like students to play an active role in their learning such as finding their own information that they can use when approaching questions.
