About Farradeh
I am a History university student, studying a wide range of history (from Medieval to modern America). I got an A in history for GCSE and A-level, as well as an A and B in English Literature and Politics at A-level respectively. I led a mentoring programme in year 13, which involved academically mentoring students from all years in essay writing skills. Those who I mentored ended up with 7-9s in their GCSE essay writing subjects.

I am largely flexible to what the student needs. We would lay out a plan of action in the first session to make sure we were both comfortable. Since my focus would be on essay writing, I would run through exam and coursework based skills that would strengthen their essay styles; the first thing to figure out would be whether it was a stylistic issue, or a content issue. Both are resolvable if the student is dedicated. I would be very happy to read through essays and give detailed, tailored feedback to the student that would encourage them to improve.
