About YogalaKlara
I am a yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance Degree from India. I am also a professional dancer for more than 10 years. I studied dance and movement practices for a very long time and yoga became one part of the everyday practice. Yoga is now my lifestyle and tool. I am always grateful to share this knowledge. In combination with my previous studies I have a great understanding about body and movement techniques. So I combine some of the practices into the yoga classes. My classes are various with focus on strength, alignment and relaxation. From flowy almost dance-like flows to very technical alignment practices. Adjusted accordingly to personal needs.

Everyone can find the way to it. I love to teach all kinds of levels of yoga, because there is always something to improve by coming to the basics. I really love exploring the ways how to bring yoga closer to more people. So don’t be afraid and try :) And if you wanna do some advanced vinyasa classes, help with harder balances or just do some craziness together. I am here for ya as well

It is possible to have a short class of 30-45 minutes. The same if you feel like one hour is not enough there is no problem make it 1 h 30 min.
