I hold my 200 RYT Certification. I have an extensive dance background, which has provided me with a vast knowledge of asanas and great groundwork to become a yoga instructor.

About Jess
Steph and all the staff at Yoga & Ayurveda Center have been my guides while working toward my RYT-200 Certification. I never realized just how much I needed this transformation in my life. The first two weeks were an emotional rollercoaster. Yoga has inspired me to become a better version of me; confident, positive and most importantly, happy.
I am not new to flexibility, strength and balance, as I have been a dancer and dance instructor for over 30 years. There are so many yoga poses that resemble dance moves. With my background in dance, I am able to synch poses to music fluently, creating unique Vinyasa yoga classes.

My classes are thoughtfully planned out. From the theme to the intention to the music, movement and flow of the class.
My classes are great for those"on the go" that want to get in a yoga session, but can't dedicate 60-90 minutes.

Jess was a pleasure to work with. Being new to yoga she was able to teach me some of the basics to start a better lifestyle.
