About Natalie
I did consumer studies at school and excelled very well there. Have been an assistant chef at a restaurant that specializes in Italian food but I am capable of cooking anything under pressure. I'm currently running my own small scale catering company that I have owned since I was 17.

My teaching method is based on the saying "Practice makes perfect". That's the only way you'll be able to be successful in the kitchen. You have to keep doing it till you're perfect at it,but you will have me by your side so we will correct ever mistake and learn every skill together.
