My teaching methods are flexible since I understand that everyone learns differently. I can include many visuals in my classes, make it more hands-on and include text, as required. I like to integrate details into the bigger picture of the topic at hand. I feel that this improves memory and understanding. I am able to adapt and understand how my students learn best and adjust my classes for that student.
