About Kirti
I am a B.Sc. (Hons.) Microbiology student at the University of Delhi, and Biology is a subject I genuinely enjoy learning and exploring. Biology is a subject which makes us feel connected to ourselves. My background in Microbiology has helped me develop a deeper understanding of life sciences, and I would love to make Biology equally interesting and understandable for my students.
I believe Biology is not just about memorizing terms—it is about understanding how and why things happen. I like breaking complex topics into simple concepts and explaining them through examples, diagrams and relatable situations.
I am a very patient person and I never mind explaining a concept again if a student hasn't understood it. I want my students to feel comfortable asking even the simplest questions. My aim is to be more like a friend and an elder sibling than just a teacher, so they can learn freely, make mistakes and gradually become more confident in Biology. I mainly teach in Hinglish, using simple English and Hindi wherever helpful, so students can understand concepts comfortably.

My classes will be student-friendly, interactive and focused on understanding concepts rather than memorizing them. I will first understand the student's level and learning pace and then explain each topic in simple language using examples, diagrams and questions. I am very patient and encourage students to ask doubts freely, even if they need the same concept explained multiple times. I will also revise important concepts, help with homework and prepare students for school exams according to their syllabus.
