I am a student in my pen ultimate year of my University education. I have been giving private coaching lessons and routines on fitness since before the Corona Virus pandemic. I have also made reviews of a few workout plans and routines. I am a University athlete and a junior fitness coach.

I am a 300-Level student of Human Kinetics, in the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. I am what some might call a ‘sucker for fitness'. I base my teachings and workout routines on the right principles of exercise prescription and what a client wants and is in need of. I usually seek to know what kind of exercise programmes a client has undergone prior to making workout plans for them. I also make sure to see to the progress of the plan, and follow it through to the finish.
