About Ty
Hi! My name is Ty, and I'm a current third-year graduate medical student after completing a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science from Monash University.
Having completed IBDP in 2021, I offer one-on-one IB Biology tutoring for Year 11 and 12 (both SL & HL).
I completed my Extended Essay in Biology on "The Effect of Light-Dark Cycle Phase Shift on Poecilia reticulata", and one of my favorite projects was creating my own freshwater aquarium with zebrafish, tetras, snails and aquatic plants! In my spare time, I enjoy reading, drawing, and walking my dog on sunny days.

Ty is my colleague from Monash Biomedical Science days and now in Medicine.
She has always been dilligent and dedicated to those she works with and students she has mentored in the past. I believe that she translates all these skills and excellence to her tutoring as well and will ensure that any that are in her tutelage receive the best support available. She carries herself with an optimsitic and encouraging attitude at all times.
I would highly recommend her for any students who are aiming for excellence or who require some extra support in the difficult journey that is IB.View more recommendations
