About Manasi

**About Me** I’m **Manasi Salave**, a dedicated **Psychology Educator** with rich experience teaching **IBDP and Cambridge AS/A Levels Psychology**. With a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Fergusson College and multiple professional certifications, I bring both academic rigor and compassionate understanding into my classroom. As a qualified **MH-SET** holder and **IBDP Category 1 Certified Teacher**, I specialize in simplifying complex psychological concepts, encouraging critical thinking, and nurturing curiosity. My role extends beyond teaching — I serve as an **in-house school counselor, house master, and mental health workshop facilitator**, blending academic and emotional guidance to support students holistically. I’ve actively contributed to mental health awareness through webinars, expressive arts therapy, assertiveness, and narrative therapy workshops. I’m also a published researcher in the **OMEGA Journal of Death and Dying (SAGE Publications)**, with ongoing projects in psychometric test development and research on hustle culture and well-being. My classes are known for being **interactive, student-centered, and inquiry-driven** — empowering students to question, apply, and engage deeply with the subject matter. Whether it’s helping students ace exams, craft research essays, or build coping strategies, I’m passionate about fostering both intellectual growth and resilience.
