About Sudeshna
Being a graduate in English and a master's in Communication, I gather my experience from various fields. Starting from Corporate to being a Teacher, I have had the opportunity to explore and learn from various aspects and people. I have been an honorary member of the Delhi Toastmasters Club, serving as a mentor for effective Public Speaking cohort. I have also delivered successful workshops and trainings in prestigious schools and colleges as an independent soft skills trainer. I am currently pursuing a course in Fundamental Psychology and applied Counseling in which I shall be certified soon.

I believe in helping students treat ‘English’ as a language rather than a subject. A language that helps express feelings and emotions very much like their own mother tongue. I focus on students understanding their lessons by exchanging thoughts with them and asking for their opinion. I encourage them to write their own answers which of course I am there to guide later. I stress on word meanings and spellings to improve their vocabulary. For grammar, I choose to direct them towards understanding logic and regular practice instead of blindly following rules. Assignments are an integral part of my class.
