About Max
Hi, I'm Max, and my English story is a little different from most tutors you'll find.
I started in ESL classes. English wasn't my first language, and I had to earn fluency the hard way. Today I hold a Band 9 on the IELTS, and I'm completing my Bachelor's degree in English at UCLA. That journey from ESL student to Band 9 means I understand exactly what non-native speakers struggle with, because I've been there myself. I'd love to be that helping hand that gets your English to the best it can be!
