About Muhammad Akbar
I'm a Toronto-based university graduate with a degree in business administration, and an actor by profession. English is a third language for me; my native languages are Urdu and Seraiki. I secured a 108/120 in TOEFL, and an 8 band in IELTS with a perfect score in Reading and Speaking. I speak English in a general North American dialect. I understand good language skills are crucial to success in most professions, at least in North America. My goal is to help students elevate their English language skills through direct coaching, and also by providing the tools necessary to improve English skills on their own.

You define the contents of the lesson. Our goal would be to ace any ESL (English as a second language) test while improving your English language skills.
I also offer some General American dialect coaching; however, dialect work is not the primary focus of my lessons. I do offer recommendations for more experienced dialect coaches here in Canada.
The first free introductory lesson involves a meet and greet, a candid discussion where we talk about your goals and discuss the best lesson plan to fit your needs.
These lessons are suitable for people of all age brackets and backgrounds. Feel free to reach out and discuss your needs and I'd be happy to accommodate you.
