Teaching is not my career, I teach purely to help and I LOVE SEEING RESULTS. My primary purpose here is to help the "weaker" students get rid of fear for the subject. Fear of the subject is always worse than the subject itself :)

I believe students are the best teachers. Having been a student, I can pin point the pain areas efficiently.
I do not believe in mugging up formulae, and focus on conceptual and intuition based understanding of the subject.
PS. I strongly believe in the 80-20 principle (20% efforts lead to 80% results, and the rest 20% results will take up 80% of efforts.)
