About Ankit
I’m an IIT Guwahati graduate and an experienced Physics teacher with 5+ years of experience teaching students and creating educational content for Grades 9–12.
I specialize in IB Physics, GCSE, A-level and senior school Physics. Over the years, I’ve worked with students with different levels of understanding and learning needs, helping them build strong fundamentals and become more confident in Physics.
I believe Physics is best learned through understanding and problem-solving rather than memorizing formulas. I enjoy breaking down complex ideas into simple, logical steps and helping students connect concepts with real-world applications.
I’m passionate about teaching and creating a learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and improving step by step.

My Physics classes are designed to make difficult concepts simple, logical and easy to apply. I focus on understanding rather than memorizing formulas, while also helping students develop strong problem-solving and exam skills.
Each class usually begins with a quick review of previous concepts and identification of any difficulties. I then explain the new concept step by step using diagrams, examples and real-world applications. Once the concept is clear, we practice questions together, gradually moving from basic problems to more challenging and exam-style questions.
For IB, GCSE and A-level students, I include past-paper questions, data interpretation, numerical problem-solving and exam technique relevant to their curriculum. I also provide targeted practice and assignments to reinforce learning between classes.
My lessons are personalized according to the student's current level, learning gaps and goals. I teach students from Grades 9–12, including those preparing for IB, GCSE, A-level and other international and school Physics examinations.
I aim to help students not only solve Physics questions, but also develop the confidence and understanding to approach unfamiliar problems independently.
