As a coach, I empower individuals to live a life that is vibrant, fulfilled, and true to themselves. My mission is to help you align with your authentic self and core values, achieve your goals, and express your unique creativity—creating a life of growth, self-realization, and connection.
With over 15 years of experience in the corporate world, including roles as a Portfolio Manager, Product Manager, Leader, Mentor, and Health & Wellbeing Advisor in the financial sector, I've learned powerful lessons that have enabled deep transformations, both personally and for those around me.
I am a yogi, certified yoga teacher, mental health support specialist, Reiki practitioner, and passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. My greatest joy comes from dance, creating art, self-discovery, learning, dreaming big, and connecting with nature and animals.
You can expect a holistic approach that blends logic, heart, and intuition, with a safe, supportive space for you to ignite your goals and embrace transformation.
