About Vijaya
Hello, I’m Vijaya! I am passionate about helping students succeed in Mathematics and believe that with the right guidance, every student can reach their potential. Having completed a Master’s degree in Applied Computational Science and Engineering at Imperial College London (Merit) and a First-Class degree in Aerospace Engineering at Queen Mary University of London, I bring both strong academic knowledge and a clear, structured approach to teaching. With my own background of achieving A* in Mathematics, A in Further Mathematics, and A in Physics at A-level, I understand the demands of exams and what it takes to achieve excellent results. I am patient, supportive, and always adapt my teaching style to suit each student’s individual needs. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades but also to build their confidence and problem-solving skills, so they can approach Maths with greater ease and positivity.

My lessons are tailored to the needs of each student. A typical lesson lasts one hour, though I can adapt the length depending on the student’s preference and schedule. Each session usually begins with a quick recap of key topics, followed by guided practice and exam-style questions to reinforce learning. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Computational Science and Engineering (Merit) from Imperial College London and a First-Class degree in Aerospace Engineering from Queen Mary University of London. At A-level, I achieved A* in Mathematics, A in Further Mathematics, and A in Physics.
