About Diogo
I like to study about health and well being. That's why I graduated in Physical Education, I specialized and I'm still studying Nutrition to expand my knowledge. And through these studies I always try to find measures to be implemented in our modern day to preserve our body and mind. Strengthen our postural muscles, which are so charged during study and work, work on our breathing to control stress and anxiety, exercise the body to improve our metabolism and even the quality of sleep.

After an assessment, we will make a plan together that adapts to your daily life and physical condition, making changes as we progress through the classes.
For classes, we only use body weight and a yoga/pilates mat for comfort .
If you have Pilates accessories at home, such as a ball, block, flex, elastic band, weights, etc... we can also use them.
I have a degree in Physical Education since 2009 .
Postgraduate in Kinesiology, Biomechanics, and Physical Training.
