About CEO-of-ILA
Hello! I’m Oranus Rahmani, an online educator, tutor, mentor, and the CEO of (ILA), an education initiative focused on creating meaningful learning opportunities for students. I enjoy helping learners develop their English language skills while also becoming more confident communicators and independent learners.
I have experience supporting students through online teaching and mentoring, and I believe that learning should be supportive, practical, and enjoyable. I am patient with learners and adapt my approach according to their level, goals, and learning style.
Whether you are starting English from the beginning or want to improve your reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, or conversation skills, I will work with you step by step to help you make progress and feel more confident.

I am an experienced online tutor and the CEO of Innovative Learning Academy, where I work on creating educational opportunities and supporting students in their learning and personal development. My teaching approach is patient, interactive, and adapted to each student's level and goals.
In my English lessons, I combine clear explanations with practical activities, conversation practice, reading, writing, listening, vocabulary, and grammar. A typical lesson begins with a short review, followed by a new topic, guided practice, interactive activities, and a final review of what the student learned.
I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I therefore create a respectful and supportive environment where students can improve step by step and build confidence in communicating.
My lessons are suitable for beginner to intermediate English learners, including children, teenagers, and adults who want to improve their reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, or everyday communication skills.
As a tutor and CEO of Innovative Learning Academy, I also bring experience in mentoring, communication, leadership, and student-centered learning. My goal is not only to help students learn English, but also to help them become more confident and independent learners.
