About Ainsley
The body is so fascinating to me. I've studied human anatomy through a scientific scope in university; with a superficial lens as an artist and model; and as a means of creative expression for many years as a dancer.
That being said, practicing and studying yoga has given me a much deeper, more holistic understanding and appreciation for my body than ever before. Yoga, however, is just as much a mental practice as it is physical.
My goal is to share the philosophy of yoga in an inclusive, supportive and accessible environment.
