About Stan
Hi, I'm Stan, a recent A level student who has just finished my studies, achieving three A*s.
I am an effective teacher and communicator having worked as a volunteer tutor for students from yr7-yr12 helping with a wide range of academic needs - ranging from general study skills to specialised subject knowledge.
I have both the recent experience of being a student myself whilst also having the ability to teach and guide my fellow peers - something which I hope can instil confidence in my ability to help you as well.
I know what it is like to struggle with the step up to A-levels and how intimidating the university application process can be, especially for Oxbridge, but I hope that my friendly and attentive teaching style can help you develop as a student and succeed.

I am a recent A level student with intimate knowledge of how to succeed at A level geography and with Oxbridge geography applications, having myself confirmed a place at the University of Cambridge.
I have the personal expertise in developing skills like extended writing and exam technique having worked as a volunteer tutor with younger peers including at GCSE and A level. I have particular knowledge in the A level geography NEA, having achieved a perfect 60/60 score and know how to simplify this often daunting part of the A level.
With Oxbridge geography applications, I can provide effective guidance for the personal statement and interview stage with recent personal experience and shared knowledge from other successful applicants and tutors factored into my teaching.
Whilst I am very familiar with these academic qualifications and processes as a recent student, I offer competitive prices but more importantly a first-hand insight rarely available.
I can offer 30 or 60 minute 1-on-1 tutoring sessions online.
