About Ankit
I am learning these stuff since childhood, so, you can be very comfortable in asking whatever you want!
Most of the times, I have taught university-level students who came to my gurukul for their bachelor's degree in yoga from a diverse background, and have found them the most valuable in their personal and professional life.

Be it Patanjali Yoga Sutra or the great Upanishads (Kena-, Ishavasya-, or Katha-), the class will help you to understand the intricacies of yoga in very simple, lucid manner both from philosophical as well as research point of view.
