About Winifred
I am a committed flute tutor with 10 years of experience teaching students from school to college level, and I am passionate about helping them grow both musically and personally. My journey in music has been filled with dedication, learning, and continuous improvement, and I aim to share this knowledge with my students.
Over the years, I have worked with many learners, helping them improve their skills and gain confidence in their performances. One of my proudest achievements has been seeing students participate in competitions and public performances with confidence and enthusiasm.
My teaching method is simple, structured, and practical, focusing on strong fundamentals such as breathing techniques, finger placement, tone clarity, and consistent practice. I also encourage creativity and enjoyment in learning, as I believe music should be both meaningful and fun.
My goal is to create a supportive and motivating environment where students feel inspired to learn and achieve their goals.

My approach to teaching flute combines Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity to make learning smooth and enjoyable. I begin by understanding each student’s level and learning style so I can guide them better. I motivate students with positive feedback and small achievements.
Communication plays a key role as I explain techniques like breath control and note clarity in simple terms. With integrity, I focus on building a strong foundation and correcting mistakes patiently.
Creativity helps me design fun and interactive lessons using songs and exercises. I also teach music basics like rhythm and note reading to enhance learning.
