I am a current pre-school teacher assistant working towards my bachelors in elementary education. I am a few credits away from my associates being completed. I have worked within the education field for 2 and a half years with many different ages and grades.

When it comes to teaching in my way of doing it I listen to the student and work from where they are comfortable to better breakdown and understand what they are having trouble with. If that means developing and discovering new skills of observation or rebuilding and solidifying skills once learned but need a refresh than that what I will do. I am flexible and understand that when you are having trouble it can be frustrating so if we have to pause and relax than we can do that until you are ready to start again.
