Duration : 1 hour - Price : £15.00 - Place : LondonNot everyone gets the opportunity to study Classics at school or University, but Ancient literature - Greek and Roman epic and Greek tragedy - are some of the most influential works of the Western world which have impacted and shaped our culture, art and society in impressive and interesting ways.
Starting at the beginning, we will study the works of Homer (The Iliad and The Odyssey) to then move on to Virgil (The Aeneid), and later, Greek Tragedies by Aeschylus, Sophocles and Euripides. I am also highly well versed in Ovid as well as poetry by Propertius and Horace and I am happy to tailor classes to what most interests my students.
