About Pragya
I’m Pragya, an international wellness and fitness coach passionate about helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident through movement. With experience across India, Maldives, Amsterdam, and Barcelona, I specialize in dance fitness, Zumba, yoga, body combat, functional and weight training, mobility, and expressive movement coaching. Having transformed my own health journey by losing 26 kgs while managing thyroid imbalance and PCOD, I understand the importance of sustainable fitness and self-confidence. My sessions are energetic, beginner-friendly, and designed to help people enjoy movement while building strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

My classes are designed to make fitness enjoyable, empowering, and accessible for everyone, regardless of experience or fitness level. I combine dance fitness, Zumba, yoga, bodycombat, functional and weight training, mobility, and flexibility exercises to create sessions that improve strength, stamina, confidence, and overall wellbeing. Each session focuses not only on physical fitness but also on helping you feel energetic, motivated, and confident in your body. Whether your goal is weight management, strength building, flexibility, stress relief, posture improvement, or simply enjoying movement, my classes are supportive, beginner-friendly, and tailored to your individual needs. I believe fitness should feel exciting, sustainable, and uplifting — a lifestyle that helps you become the strongest and healthiest version of yourself while having fun throughout the journey.
