Nitish has been my Yoga Teacher for a month and within a month of practice my 2 year old back pain vanished. I wanted to continue with him but due to his change of location we had to discontinue the session. Nitish is a pure soul and a good teacher. He works sincerely on his students and unlike many does not have a money minded approach which makes him a genuine choice for the yoga seekers.

He is a wonderful yog guru, I had already joined teachers training course before and was unable to learn and practice asanas as either they didn’t pay proper attention if the poses are right or not, but Nitish ji guided me the appropriate way of doing it . He taught me how to correctly do the asanas and meditation. As said it is important to have a good teacher to learn the basic concepts. I can assure that you will learn a lot under the guidance of Nitish ji. I was even able to lose some weight but more than that was able to practice head stand properly which I didn’t even learn in my teacher’s training. Thank you for your guidance in the journey of yog.
