Stepping into an interview can feel overwhelming, whether you’re aiming for a step up, changing industries, or re-entering the job market. As an experienced coach and HR / Learning & Development professional, I help you articulate your value, build genuine confidence, and showcase your best self in front of interview panels.
We will go beyond standard, rehearsed answers. Together, we’ll break down job specifications, structure your real-world experience into compelling narrative stories, and refine your delivery so you present as a strong, credible candidate
What We Can Cover

Mock Interviews & Feedback: Practice in a safe, constructive environment with real-time feedback on tone, pace, body language, and answering competency based questions.
Overcoming Interview Nerves: Techniques to handle high-pressure questions, tricky scenarios, and self-doubt.
Salary Negotiation & Questions for the Panel: Learn how to navigate post-interview steps and ask insightful questions that impress recruiters.
