About Mazigh
I am a stunt actor (or rather a fighter actor), I started with boxing, then very quickly oriented towards Karate, I was vice champion of Seine et Marne then 3rd of Seine et Marne the year of after. I also practiced French boxing at the university, where I finished inter-university champion in my category. Then I tried MMA and CrossFit. Coach assistant in karate for two years, theater teacher for teenagers for one year, I am used to pedagogy and I like to transmit.

During the confinement period, I offer lessons via ZOOM at a preferential rate. On the program, muscle building, cardio, shadow, and then of course as needed.
