I am very attentive and lively with my clients to ensure they get the most knowledge and feeling of comfort while training hard and having lots of fun! A typical lesson plan of mine would consist of lots of questions so I can understand my clients well being health and goals I love for my clients to feel as if they are working out with a-friend rather than a fitness coach.
