About Davide
I was born and raised in Italy. I've been learning how to cook since when I was a kid, thanks to my mom and grandma, who have been exposing me to their art and skills.
Together with my friend Elisa, an expert of modern cooking, we are thrilled by the idea of sharing with you our recipes and skills.

Are you after learning the secrets of traditional grandma cooking? Italian cuisine? But also healthy and alternative cuisine? Are you trying to improve your cooking and baking skills for your other half, your kids, your friends or just for personal satisfisfaction? Would you like to impress your friends at the next get together, or would you like to surprise your partner with a shared cooking class, or to spend the weekend differently? You are in the right place! We have a great set of recipes to teach and share with you!
Before starting we can have a nice chat to get to know each other and understand your needs/goals. Together with you we can tailor your experience so that you can make the most of it.
During the first meeting we can understand what our first recipe will be so that we can create a list of ingredients that you will need for the cooking day.
We have been holding some cooking classes with friends during the spring lockdown and it was super fun! I forgot to mention that we got a cooking page on instagram: cookingdado.
