I am a diploma culinary student currently working in a 5 star hotel with one restaurant having a rosette. I am Maltese doing a year long internship in England. I am willing to teach anyone who wants to learn and can be very patient. We will begin with the basic terminology, cuts and cooking methods then obviously work ourselves up.
U introduce the issue and I will try to address it.
I like my classes to be fun while being of great value. It has been my experience that humour (British English spelling) and a relaxed atmosphere enable students to learn whatever is being taught, and even enables the teacher or professor to teach at his or her highest level possible.
My teaching methods of Indian food is very simple and easy and every person of the family/ friends love it.
my teaching ethic is to be patient, have fun with what knowledge you have to pass on and not just that everyone is a learning machine so You very well may teach me a thing or two. My lesson structure would be what would you like to lean weather it being cutting skills to spices and herb development.
My teaching method shall work around the student and how they would like to be taught and we will make a lesson plan.
We will go from discussing dietary requirements, writing the menu (in French of course!), sourcing the best ingredients, preparations, cooking techniques, time tables from starter to dessert. We can even choose the best wines to suit the dish. Easy to follow techniques on presentation.
Paris is a city of love and of course: food. I have been learning cooking since I was 16, in 2017, I completed my study at one of the most prestigious cooking institutes, Le Cordon Bleu, in paris. Apart from cooking, I also love to explore the local food culture, to experience the unlimited combinations of fine food so as to practice my own skills.
I can teach various ages of people who love to have home cooked food. I can teach children who will be needing help for their exams. I don't hold a degree or high qualifications in cooking but I do hold a diploma in H&SC.
I believe that everyone can cook good food at home. Cooking techniques and recipes are tailored to suit the timetable and objectives of students. Alternative ingredients and shortcuts will be shared to keep cooking easy, simple and fun.
