About Zack
I’m a young adult who never belonged until I found the gym and helped others along the way. I found the gym at 16 and went religiously for years until COVID hit and grounded us all, but this was only a speed bump in my journey. I now work a full-time job alongside training clients in my spare time. I have spent the last few years gathering knowledge that is so much more than what is taught in most courses and forms of education.

I provide you with a breakdown of what ever questions you have related to physical fitness we go through video analysis of exercises and examples of how it should be performed. I prefer a more practical approach to learning as a hands on experience will teach you more than theory alone
