I work with all categories and ages: Basic initiation, recreation and health programs. Intermediate consolidation and specialization programs. Nutrition, competition and performance plans and programs. All programs are complementary to each other and work is arranged based on people's time availability and their goals in sport. The first classes are assessments and planning for short, medium and long term development.
